We worked with Prime Flights and Steve Odilov to arrange our trip from Huntsville to Rome, originally planned for September 2026. Our plans changed, and since we are still in California, we needed to change our flights. Although changing everything was a little difficult, Steve was extremely patient, helpful, and understanding throughout the process. He took the time to find us a new flight with the seats we wanted and made the process much easier for us. We truly appreciate Steve’s excellent customer service and patience. We would definitely work with Prime Flights and Steve again and would highly recommend them to others!

My agent Elena did a great job finding our family of 5 some amazing flights to Italy over Christmas. We are so excited to have Business class for such a great price. Looking forward to sleeping through the 10-hour flight!

I called several agents and Logan made my experience shopping for a airline tickets to the Philippines a great experience. I told Logan I'm getting married and went to his supervisor and got me a better discount. Logan thanks again.

Cameron the best!

My agent Edward Nilson was a great help. He was prompt, responsive and great to work with. He understood my needs and reacted swiftly.

I contacted Business Consolidators for flights home for my family of three from Brussels. I was truly reticent to use a company I'd never used before. Elena couldn't have been more helpful or more patient with me because our travel plans were so up in the air. She gave me numerous options ( including business class and premium coach)and we finally picked the one that was best for our family. In no time, our flight was booked and our seats were assigned. She couldn't have been more gracious or kind. I will recommend this company and her, especially, to all of my friends who travel. I'm thrilled with the price and the service. When we get home, in December, I will write a follow up for now, I will never travel again without Elena.

I had a fantastic service with Prime Flight. Felix held me by the hand and got me the best fares I could possibly think of plus the Airline I wanted. I saved almost 50%. That’s a great savings for a business class. Thank you Felix for my help.

Oscar Ian did a phenomenal job helping us plan our trip to Japan this November. He created a fantastic flight itinerary, handled all the details, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. His knowledge, responsiveness, and attention to detail were outstanding. We couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend Oscar to anyone planning a trip!
