PrimeCook CookwareReviews of prime-cook.com

Poor customer service. Missing a rain cover for our new parasol. The 4nr weights looked used, the plastic cap was missing on two and broken concrete a leaked. The packaging was damaged and the concrete spilled everywhere on the floor. Have asked for a refund numerous times and nothing, please don't use these.

Lack of empathy, they blame the costumer without any backround check and just do not want a solution to the problem. Rudeness and poor attitude.

I only used this pot twice and the coating start chipping off already. I store it by itself without stacking anything on top. Only use none sticker plastic spatula with the pan. I have been very careful with the pan. Use only sofe sponge to wash it. Very disappointing. I'll be contacting your customer service about this.
