I have only taken one bottle and have noticed a slight rise in my attitude, energy, overall feeling better. My only concern was communication. I asked if I had the second bottle coming and it was said I was and it was delivered. But it never came and then I got a notice that I didn’t have a subscription. So something went array on my part or theirs. But I have now got my subscription and am eagerly awaiting my second bottle.
