first off I never got my order, second they say they are sending my next order . I emailed them about missed order and left a massage , I do not trust this co, and had my cc stop payment to get my money back

My order never made it because they didn't pay for shipping. Told me i could pay for it and they would reimburse me. I cancelled the order and received a refund. A few weeks later they decided to charge my bank for an unsolicited order and refuse to answer my emails. I kept getting emails it was on the way and I told them to cancel and refund. I ended up blocking the vendor with my bank. However they kept telling me it was on the way. I figured it was going to show up whether I wanted it or now. One month later as expected it never showed like the first order and the tracking with USPS still says its in transit. This is a scam.

I wanted to try this product but when I was checking out a screen popped up and asked me if I wanted to buy three bottles for $25 each and I specifically said no and it’s still charged and sent me the three extra bottles Update: After reading my review the CEO reached out and did the right thing I whole heartily recommend this company because the CEO showed that he cares about his and his companies reputation I’m going to use this product for the next 30 days and give an honest update as to if it works for me. With that, I strongly suggest you try this product because if it don’t work for you the company will stand behind it…!!!!! Update July 7th I started taking this product in very early May I’ve taken it every single day since. Yesterday I had my blood drawn and my testosterone is unchanged 220 and I have the test to prove: no increase in testosterone levels.

My husband was charged twice once in March and once yesterday. Never received the first order and told them not to charge the card again last week but they did it anyway. No number to reach customer service and emailing is a joke. Would not recommend the company and unable to review the product because it NEVER came!!!!! 🙄

After several attempts to make things right wi the me the company has decided to abandon any hope of reconciliation. Actually tries to hold my first review hostage by telling me that if I took the review down he would refund my money. I have disputed the charges with my bank. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK AND THEY ARE LESS THAN ETHICAL IN HANDLING COMPLAINTS.

I placed an order with Primal Storm during a promotional offer and was charged incorrectly due to what appears to be an issue with their checkout system. Two separate orders were processed on the same day, and despite providing bank statements and their own order summaries showing the discrepancy, customer support repeatedly insisted that all charges were correct—even though their own summary contradicted that claim. I specifically requested a refund for the incorrect charge, which is clearly stated as an available resolution on their own website, yet no refund was offered and no meaningful resolution was provided. Instead of honestly addressing the duplicate and inconsistent charges, they labeled it as a “misunderstanding” on my part and avoided taking responsibility for what appears to be a system error. Customer support also refused to provide a full name(Ethan) or proper accountability while handling the dispute, which only added to the frustration and lack of transparency. My concern was never about what was shipped—it was about being charged correctly and receiving a fair resolution. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others before ordering from this company. If a billing issue occurs, do not expect transparency, accountability, or a fair resolution. Review every charge carefully and keep records of all communication, because customer support appears more focused on denying responsibility than correcting clear errors.
