Misrepresentation of Product Origin and Shipping Failure

When I first made the order I found out, it was being shipped from China after being led to believe it is an American product. I became very skeptical. After all, if it is an American product, it should be shipped from here in America. That is now several weeks ago. The shipping partner used from China appears to be a company called Uni UniUni and for the first four days my package was finally in my city. It showed a status of out for delivery, but was never delivered. Finally late in the evening on a Saturday a delivery was attempted at a time. Well outside anyone receives deliveries and without anyone available was returned to their warehouse. There’s no way to contact their shipper other than a Chatbot and after leaving detailed delivery instructions as prompted by the company multiple times they once again tried a delivery well outside the instructed times. After two more attempts to rectify the situation and with their Chatbot, confirming the delivery instructions my package was out for delivery once again and was expected yesterday however, once again no delivery occurred and now the package is once again back at their warehouse. And the whole process is starting all over again. Regardless of whether this is a good product or not without having reliable delivery partners, I do not believe I will ever try this product in the future, as I am already resigned to the fact, I do not believe it will ever be delivered.
