DO NOT under any circumstances order anything from this fraudulent company. They are based out of China. The order comes 4 weeks after you order and DOES NOT WORK!!! I made certain I did not subscribe to anything with them and did not save my payment on thier site but they still charged me 4 weeks later. I made certain two weeks after my intial order, after I discovered they are based out of another country that I did not have any subscription in which I do not. I log onto their site to confirm and their site ever says I don't have any subscription BUT THEY STILL CHARGED ME. Stay far away from the fraudulent company.

1st order took almost a month to get. So i submitted a review because i was unhappy. I made a 1 time purchase no membership/subscription. Was offered a partial refund to remove my bad review so I did and I finally received my order. To my surprise today I’m charged again like I have a subscription. I tried to cancel on their website. It tells me my email is invalid. So I emailed primal-storm to get this matter corrected. We’ll see how long this takes. TAKE HEED.

Well, Im back again and they have reached new lows. This is an update to my review in June. I have now been charged 4 times for product that has never been delivered. The company will not cancel the subscription despite multiple requests to do so. This company is a scam, do not trust them. Purchase at your own risk.

Ordered this 3 months ago and never received my order let alone anything, they changed me twice and I just got an email saying my 3rd order was on the way, ive sent them several emails including replying to ones they sent me about my order coming up, but I never got a response to any of my emails directly and never got answers, id say this whole thing is a China scam but who knows, do youseld a favor and just get it from amazon or just get mars men

SCAM Don't even risk trying this CHINA product. They'll say it's outsourced from different places around the world. It's just from CHINA. Believe me. Then you'll try to cancel via their customer service who'll flood with you useless offers that will then automatically charge you with another "promotion" when you won't be able to reply. Btw, no subscriptions my ass, there's a small fine print when you check out and you won't be able to see it. So when you buy a 3+2 "promotion" (which is good for 5 goddamn months) you'll get 3 more bottles after a month leaving you with 8 goddamn bottles. Customer service sucks ass!!!!!!! Fk primal storm, hope y'all go under!!! Good luck to any more customers you're gonna scam.
