Into my fourth month now. Seems to be working as epected,no side effects noticed.Sugar seem stable around 6.9 morning and 5.2to 5.4 after a normal day and before supper no longer taking metformin or other drugs to conrol sugal levels. Planning to take a break at six months as info on long term use is not readily available,

I was overwhelmed by the delivery of so many packets early on, so have currently suspended regular deliveries till I've worked through what has already been delivered. But I'm cautiously delighted to have discovered the Ceylon Cinnamon capsules because my blood sugar seemed to have gone down noticeably at a recent blood test.

It is helping some and intended to give it a little longer to make sure. I had check auto ship but haven't been able to talk to anyone to confirm that would happen so almost out now so I guess you don't want continued customers. I tried contacting Primal Remedies at email address sent in reply and it would not let it go thru. Spent an hour trying. This must be a warning to me to pass on this
