The company is attentive and very accommodating and I have no concerns in that area. I truly can't say if the product had any effect on my blood glucose level. I am diabetic and very careful with my diet. After i have finished my order I will decide to continue and reorder or stick with diet improvements, Thanks for being in touch.

I am still using my cinnamon capsules but ended up with 2 memberships so only cancelling 1 and have a backlog to use up.

I take 2 caps each day, one in the morning and one at bedtime….this appears to be the best for me…my energy has steadily been improving, not sure yet if I need a larger dose, I just had my A1C checked by my lab, I have not received my results to date😄
