Found out I had signed up for a…
Found out I had signed up for a subscription which I didn't want to do. I won't get my blood drawn until Nov but I do feel like I have more energy in mid afternoon. I want to reorder but at the same price without a prescription. I cancelled the subscription.

Service is fine.
The service is fine - I didn’t ask for help but the timing was excellent and information was clear. After 9 weeks, I’m not sure whether it makes a difference or not. There are too many variables to be sure.

The product is fine
The product is fine. No complaints. The customer service is lacking however. I returned as a customer to purchase once more, trusting the price I was getting was the best. Then saw it on Facebook…cheaper! I queried this with customer service and I really don’t know if it was a human or AI bot I was dealing with. Anyway I queried why I was worse off as a returning customer and didn’t get a response to that specific question, just some guff about how they calculate discounts. Wholly unsatisfactory experience and I’ll buy from their competitors next time.

I ordered some Ceylon cinnamon a few months ago & I continued to recieved more about once a month??? Please stop sending me this cinnamon. And do not charge my account any more. Thank you Mary L Mendenhall
