Wonderful experience customizing dog toys through PrideBites for my run club’s pups! Great all around customer service and the product is fantastic!

Really great experience with PrideBites. Their product and customer service are the best and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I love the crunch, the folks were super easy to work with, and when I ran out I wanted more.

PrideBites is great to work with, they responded very quickly and the quality of their product is great. Highly recommend

Made an order worth $248 on the start of april . Now were in mid May. still havent recieved my order. After I ordered they say it will take 3-6 weeks. Problem is I dont need the products if my family leaves the country which they will very soon. Emailed the company probably 7-8 times. got a reply just twice. Regardless if the products are any good. Now i realise theyre overpriced and #2 , takes a long time. But more importantly , be more transparent and communicate with your buyers
