I placed order. They said delay, delay. They cancelled my order. I call them and ask about product availability before saying I already placed an order. They said the product is available next week. I said great reopen my order. They said they can't do that, I will have to submit new order at new price. Haha. The British are great!

Unfortunately, there's no way to leave a review with no stars. This company is a scam. I ordered two Flappy Fish Friends on May 31st. Immediately, $38.97 was taken from my account. Shortly thereafter, I received an apologetic explanation for the "one-time" shipping delay, because of "covid concerns." However, return to normal shipment times was promised by June 20th. What followed was predictable - June 20th passed without incident, and without shipment. I do appreciate the "praying hands" emoji that accompanied the email. I assume the hands are praying for a world-wide epidemic of amnesia. These people are the worst examples of liars, cheats, and thieves.

I ordered two speakers in July. They promised they would arrive within two weeks. I contacted them at the beginning of August and blaming supply chain they said by August 18th. I contacted them on the 18th and they said in two business weeks. When I replied saying I wanted the speakers but needed them by September 8th they cancelled my order without my permission. They refuse to answer my requests to reinstate order and do not answer their phone. This company is lying to consumers and selling something they don't have and never will deliver.

Ordered a Bluetooth speaker for $56. and change on July 1st 2022. It's now Aug 18th and no speaker. Called multiple times. 1st one - "this is not a working number" 2nd thru 4th calls answered by reps whose English was unintelligible. Finally yesterday got thru to a rep, although a foreigner, spoke English which was passable. Started blaming the supply chain. Finally, he says by "Wed - or Thurs next week. These people don't know that I'm a pit bull.

Scam scam scam there selling products they don't even have.

If “0” was a choice they deserve it! DO NOT spend any of your $$$ here. False advertising no customer support other than cut/paste responses about how very much they care. No business ethic. Be prepared to get nasty early to get your $$$$$ back. Really bad.

I ordered from pricedaily the flappy fish. Total ordered was 6 but they made it 7 and charged me after discounts $73.93 on July 3d. Order receipt number is 156579. I have tried to call them and the number they gave for customer support is not in service.. This is a total scam. It shouldn't take this long over a month now and no tracking number.

I wish I had known about Trust Pilot before I ordered from this company. I placed an order for a Flappy Fish Friend on May 26, 2022. My credit card was billed $21.98 on May 26, 2022. On June 7 received an email from them stating "Apologies for the delay . . . estimated shipping date is week of June 20." On July 6, 2022 I emailed them asking them to cancel my order and issue a refund, since I hadn't received the item. Received a response "currently sorting and finalizing the stocks to reflect in the system. As soon as they’re stocked on the shelves, they’ll begin shipping the orders. 
I can assure you we will ship them out as soon as possible and we’ll provide the tracking number this week. 
We will keep you posted." Today is August 1, 2022, and I have yet to receive the item and have received NO communication from them. As others have said, DO NOT order from this company---it is a scam!
