I switched providers and I’m so much happier with Preventive MD. Great customer service and communication. They delivered my medication fast and on time.

I just received my first shipment with preventive MD. I feel from the beginning of the intake all the way to delivery. Some of my corresponding with a provider has been wonderful. I will take my first injection on Thursday night. This has been a very pleasant experience.

I'm a first time customer and even though the beginning with them was a little sluggish but this had mainly to do with the pharmacy. Once I sent an email to Preventivemd they answered promptly and resolved the issue almost immediately. I gave a 5 star review because the customer service was excellent and so far the price is very affordable for my first order. I hope it stays that way!

Ordered on a Tuesday, received my medication on the following Monday. So far, everything has gone great. Medication was packaged very nicely and kept cold. Will update if anything changes, but so far a great experience with both the provider and the pharmacy.
