I chose Empower pharmacy when I signed up. The first shipment arrived a day late and the ice packs were broken and warm. I could accept this. However, for shipment 2/3 of that order it was supposed to be delivered on Friday but instead was held at UPS over the weekend. I let Preventive know I was disappointed that they would ship so late in the week knowing it would sit at UPS all weekend. Most pharmacies do not ship at the end of the week for this reason. Preventive does not care. I will not use them again and do not recommend them. The telehealth chooses the delivery window and options. It is on them.

Very happy with my experience so far. I signed up 9/4/26 and got approved the same day. It was the Friday before Labor Day weekend so I expected things to take a little longer, my order shipped the following Wednesday. Delivery got delayed a bit (package was supposed to arrive Friday but got delayed to Saturday) but it was very much a Fedex issue, and the meds were well packaged and still cold despite the delay. I compared a lot of services before committing to PreventiveMD and their pricing and streamlined process is miles ahead of most of the others. Definitely plan to stick with them if they keep up this level of service.

No issues. A very simple, straightforward intake process through PreventiveMD, followed by compounding by Boudreaux’s New Drug Store and shipping via FedEx. From intake to delivery was just seven days, including a Sunday and a bank holiday—only four business days. The packaging was very professional, and the entire process was efficient and seamless.

Great company! I was approved immediately and they matched the previous dose that I was on, so I didn’t have to “reset”. Communication was excellent and so was the pharmacy delivery. My delivery was shipped FedEx over night and the ice blocks were still solid. Total turnaround time was about 7 days from approval to receiving. That included a holiday.
