FIRST, let me start by saying DON'T EVER order anything from this Scam Company. I ordered 2 Stainless Steel Drain Filters for my two bathroom lavortories. They were advertised as made of stainless steel. When they arrived some 2 weeks later they were made of plastic that was coated in chrome paint. A magnet would not draw to any part of the filters. On top of that they were now labeled as floor drains. Additionally, even though they were advertised as a "universal fit" they were too large to fit my two standard size drains. When I contacted Customer Service by email to complain and ask for return instructions, I was told that they had sent the correct product and it would be too expensive for me to return, so they offered me $2 as a settlement. I had paid $26.00 by credit card. I declined the "generous" offer and then Presumablydo then came back with a $5 offer and never would give me an address to return their inferior products. At this point I started a credit dispute process with my credit card company. Stay clear of this outfit.

A bunch of lying scammers. Do not spend your money here. They took mine and I had no package and no luck getting any results to my emails.

They sent me the wrong item. I asked for a refund. They told me to send them a picture of what I received. When I sent the picture to them they told me my order was correct. I sent them the original order email I received along with a picture of what I actually received. The items were totally different with different messaging and everything. Scam

This company is AWFUL. I ordered a graduation cap headband a month before my daughter’s graduation in May, and it’s now mid-June—still no item. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times and have yet to receive a real response. All they do is give me the runaround and keep sending the same tracking info, saying it’s “on the way.” At this point, it’s useless. This company is completely unreliable and unprofessional. DON’T BUY FROM HERE.

This place is a scam. I never received my order. After contacting them, they ended up sending me an EMPTY ENVELOPE! Do not try to purchase anything from them. They will not refund you!

I ordered a toy on 3/22 for Easter delivery. Although their tracking says it was delivered and the end of April, it never arrived. They have refused to refund or replace the item.

DO NOT purchase a product from this company. Not only is the quality misrepresented, but it arrived more than a month after I had ordered it for Easter. The quality is so poor, I wouldn't have gifted this anyway. Do not go by the photos. They make the product look great. I assure it is not. When I sent a photo of the product I received, they told me it was good and that they would not refund my money. I have never had this experience before. I wasted nearly $20 on a piece of trash.

The gift took 2 months to arrive and only after I asked to cancel did it miraculously show up however way too late for the gift. Now I can’t get them to agree to a return. They just keep repeating the same thing, Oh sorry it was late but enjoy it. Completely ignoring my request to return. Currently disputing charge.
