I was very nervous about making my appointment. This is not something that I take lightly. It is somewhat of a last resort. I was very very impressed with the knowledge of the doctor and the ease of the website. I appreciate very much how gentle and kind the doctor was with me. He took extra time to answer multiple questions that could have been seen as redundant or menial but he never made me feel like they were any less important.
