The account and profile were very easy to set up and only took about 5 minutes. You can do everything through your smartphone, take your selfie to go on the card, take a picture of your ID with the phone and upload it immediately, as well as conduct the interview over the phone using your browser. No additional add-ons needed. The doctor was precisely on time, extremely polite and nice, and was very helpful in explaining possible treatments and potential recommended products. All in all a very smooth experience. My only reservation is that later I found out that most similar services face to face costs about half the price, however I did all of this from the comfort of my own home, so I suppose that's a big plus.

The appointment and interview process was easy and scheduling was great. Costs were reasonable and competitive. I love being able to do this from home. I gave four stars instead of five, 'cuz the mailing was screwed up, but they re-mailed promply when I contacted them by phone after a week.

It was very easy! Use my smartphone for the whole thing, It was about 3 hours total time! I made an appointment, sent pictures of Id's, then they sent a email & a text to remind me! I am very appreciative with the doctor. The issues that I did have were, for one, my video wouldn't connect, very stressful and thought I would have payed for nothing. Luckily, the doctor help correct the technical malfunction. My second issue was I payed extra for next day delivery, and it didn't arrive till 5 days later. I was already out of town for work and still have not had the chance to use it.

Oddly enough this was as easy a process as you'd hoped it would be! I set an appointment in the morning for later in the afternoon. I signed in a few minutes before my scheduled appointment and my Presto Doctor contacted me over Skype at the prearranged time and we were done within 20 minutes. They immediately sent over a PDF of my recommendation which enabled me to obtain my medicine that very same evening from a smaller delivery service. The only issue I did have was finding a delivery service that would accept the PDF copy of my recommendation, but I'm sure I would have had a much easier time of it if I didn't live out in the the middle of nowhere (Ok, San Pedro, CA. isn't the middle of nowhere, but it's not downtown either!). In fact, the Presto Doctor's help chat did their best to find someone who would deliver my medicine on my behalf, but unfortunately I had to find one of my own since I was out of the service area of most of the delivery services they recommended. In fact, this issue is the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars, and I would have given them 4 1/2 stars if I'd had the option. All in all it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this for someone who is disabled and would have a hard time making it to an actual doctor's office or someone who simply wants a little more discretion when obtaining their recommendation.

I used PrestoDoctor to get a cannabis card. I already had a doctor recommendation but it had expired, and the idea of getting both letter and card over the internet with a skype appointment was really appealing. Dr. Nguyen was great and we had a nice appointment. Loved the convenience. I did run into a problem when I went to a dispensary with the emailed doctor letter from Presto, as it lacked the gold stamp that the dispensary required. I had to wait for the mailed version to arrive, and then go back and show them the stamp. In fact, the emailed letter and the way the phone number is displayed (to take advantage of the 420) makes the letter look suspiciously bogus, and the dispensary warned me I'd probably been ripped off. I wish PrestoDoctor had warned me about this in advance, as it was a big inconvenience and kind of embarrassing, and they didn't say anything about the emailed letter possibly not being accepted. Otherwise, everything was great.
