Great Doctor very concerned and thoroughly

After I set my appt I realized I forgot to use the CA resident discount. I contacted the team and they were helpful and made sure I was able to apply the code. The doctor was unable to make me appt after I was already logged in but I was quickly contacted by a rep who apologized and was able to get me the next available appt which was only 10mins away. The doctor was very professional and kind and made sure that he answered any questions I had before we logged off. The process was fast and easy and I've already reccommended to friends:-)

Dr. Nguyen was very thorough and thoughtful in reviewing my case. He spoke with compassion and understanding relating to my case of pain (degenerative disk disease). He was very thorough too in addressing any questions that I had regarding particular strains and delivery methods for administering medications.
