Unfortunately I have had a very bad experience with this company and they basically wanted to charge £156 per hour to support a Prestahop Attribute Grid add on that was simply not working as described. I have ended up asking for a refund and buying a similiar functional plugin that does what I need from somewhere else. I will never purchase from this company again.

We appreciate all feedback, but not inaccuracies or lies. You purchased the module at 50% as we clearly state in many places on our website that all modules are sold "As Is", as we no longer offer free support. It seems you decided to ignore or forget this when you reached out to us with an issue. We were very polite, and offered you two options, paid support, or a full refund, which we are happy to offer as we also state in our website. It is a bit surprising to hear you are disappointed as all this information is clearly stated on our website in bold red, but you are of course entitled to your opinion (but not to making up your facts)
