Good communication and friendly service.

I am an elderly, anxious and infrequent traveler, but Prestige Ride (especially my driver Bahta) allowed me to relax and know that I was in good hands! The booking process and constant communication exceeded expectations. Bahta was extremely experienced and knowledgeable. He was pleasant and took very good care of me on Thanksgiving Day airport pick up and on my Dec. 1 return.

Had a quick turn around trip from St. Louis to Chicago. Everything that could go wrong did EXCEPT the transportation with Prestige. The communication was perfect. The driver was on time to the minute (5:45 a.m.) picking me up at my house for the airport. Very nice and clean car and provided bottled water (the little things help). My return flight was a nightmare and was delayed for hours. The driver kept in contact and stayed close to the airport so he would be there when I landed. It had been heavily snowing and the road conditions were terrible but he got me home safely. He also went above and beyond because I have to use a walker which the airline broke and I was concerned about getting into the house. He not only helped me in the house, but he carried the broken walker to my garage. I highly recommend.

Prestige is my favorite car service. They are reliable, professional and affordable. Always ontime, and keep me informed throughout.

Prestige made what could have been challenging, a great experience. The vehicle was spacious, prestine and upscale. Our driver was attentive, polite and professional. Will be using the service again!

Unfortunately this will be a negative review. The driver was 25 mins late, he admitted going to the incorrect hotel. Our pick up time was 5:15, he arrived at 5:40. We had 3 adults with 3 suitcases (as per my confirmation). The vehicle was very small having to move 1 of our suitcases to the back seat. Which meant 1 person from our group sitting in the front with the seat pulled all the way up to accommodate the suitcase in the back seat. Also, he had personal items taking up half the trunk. His driving was reckless 70 in a 40 at one point. The vehicle had a severely cracked windshield, duct tape around the wheelwell and dents. This was not what we were expecting to be picked up in. He was very apologetic however it doesn’t dismiss the unsafe driving, late pick up & difficulty accommodating us with a small vehicle. Unfortunately, I can not recommend this company for future use.

The booking experience was professional and simple. The customer rep was helpful and seemed very sincere. On the day of pickup, there was an introduction of our driver and he stayed in communication with us from the time our flight landed until we got checked in to our hotel. Great experience. Makes you remember that UBER is just an app, there were real pros doing this level of work long before.
