I ordered a CGM from this place because mine was faulty and went out on me right before Christmas. This place had the fastest shipping that I paid quite a bit extra for, I believe around 40 extra dollars to have in 2 days. Once I placed order it said it was going to be delivered Jan 30th. Jan 30th came and went, I emailed asking for an update and no response. Jan 12th it shows up at my house. I already had to place emergency order from another company and spent an additional 250 dollars and had it next day so I did not need it anymore so I emailed right away as it says you have 7 days to contact for a return. Well it is now Jan 21st and no email back for a return, the box is sitting unopened waiting to ship back but now it has passed the 7 days. I do not recommend this place. Please be careful if you need medical supplies this is not a place that understands the importance of customer service.

They sent me the wrong item and now I have to wait even longer to get the item that I desperately needed until they get the return processed for the wrong item they sent. What happened to customer service. I will not deal with any company that makes me pay for their mistake! If I didn't need the receiver I would not have ordered it and paid for overnight shipping then wait several days for them to respond to my email just to find out I have to wait for them to process the return of the wrong item they sent me. Why would a customer that paid for overnight shipping for a product have to wait EXTRA time to receive WHAT I ACTUALLY ORDERED AND WHAT WAS ON MY PACKING SLIP because of their error?

I paid a lot extra to have next day delivery and I see my order still hasn't even been shipped two days later. It's basically at the point where you may as well not deliver it because I'm leaving town tomorrow. No updates from your end on why things are slow. Will not use your service ever again.
