My experience with Pressiqa was mixed.
My experience with Pressiqa was mixed. On the positive side, Pressiqa ultimately delivered the four items that had been represented to me: a live MSN feature, professionally branded header, social media promotional material, and a backlink. The article was published, and I was pleased to see my feature go live. However, there were aspects of the business process that I found concerning. Most significantly, I paid for the service and proceeded through onboarding before receiving the formal written contract several weeks later. The contract was not provided to me until much later in the process, after I had already paid and approved my article content. When I reviewed it, I had concerns about provisions that I did not believe adequately reflected my understanding of the arrangement communicated before payment. I raised those concerns and did not sign the contract. I subsequently requested a refund, and the back-and-forth surrounding that request was frustrating. I felt that I had clearly explained my concerns multiple times, yet I was repeatedly asked to explain the reason for my refund request again. I believed this was done over a number of days to ensure the promised publication date would arrive. Ultimately, I decided not to continue pursuing the refund because Pressiqa did deliver the four substantive items that had originally been promised. My recommendation to prospective clients is simple: before making payment, request and carefully review the complete written agreement, including the deliverables, refund terms, publication terms, and what happens if the third-party publication later removes the article. Make sure everything you were promised is reflected in writing before proceeding. I believe reviews should be fair, so I want to acknowledge both sides of my experience. Pressiqa ultimately delivered the promised feature package, but the contracting process and handling of my concerns left considerable room for improvement. Also, the fact that the firm sought to get me to sign an agreement that absolved them of liability if the article was removed after publication was disconcerting.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We genuinely appreciate that you acknowledged the successful delivery of the agreed feature package, including the feature article, branded header, social media promotional material, and backlink. We would also like to clarify a few points for the benefit of anyone considering working with Pressiqa. Regarding the agreement, our standard practice is to provide clients with the relevant terms and documentation, and we are always happy to provide and discuss them before proceeding. During your onboarding process, you raised several questions regarding the service, and our team took the time to address and clarify those concerns before you proceeded. In this particular case, the formal agreement was not sent as early as it should have been due to an internal oversight, which we acknowledge. Once this was identified, we provided it to you promptly. We also understand your concern regarding the provision related to the potential removal of published content. We would like to clarify that this is not intended to remove our responsibility toward clients. Once content is published on a third-party platform, however, the publication independently controls its editorial policies and the longevity of published content. No PR agency can ultimately control a third-party publisher's future decisions, policy changes, or content removals. This is why such provisions are commonly included in publishing agreements. Most importantly, we stand by the work delivered in your case. The agreed feature was successfully published, and the deliverables discussed at the time of purchase were provided. Your decision to proceed was made after your questions had been addressed, and the service was subsequently fulfilled; therefore, a refund was not applicable. Even beyond the agreed deliverables, our team has continued to assist you following publication. We are currently accommodating the post-publication changes you requested, despite such changes falling outside our standard policy, because we genuinely value the client experience and wanted to be as helpful as possible. We have also continued working toward a solution despite discrepancies in some of the information initially provided to us on September 7. At Pressiqa, our priority is always to support our clients and find practical solutions whenever concerns arise. We believe that open and direct communication is the best way to resolve misunderstandings, and we remain committed to handling every client interaction with transparency, professionalism, and good faith. We appreciate your feedback and have taken your comments regarding our internal contracting process seriously. At the same time, we are pleased that the publication itself was successfully delivered and that you were able to see your feature go live. We will continue using feedback such as yours to strengthen our processes and provide an even better experience for future clients. Regards, Team Pressiqa
