Very truthful that means lot to me

I have thought about purchasing precious metals for a long while now. In this day and age, I recently made the decision to do so. I saw Preserve Gold's web ad and went onto their website, checked with the BBB (good review) and decided to call them. Ken of Preserve Gold answered all of my questions, gave me an enormous amount of information. The transaction was easy, e.g. instructions for wiring money, agreeing to terms, Ken keeping in touch while awaiting receipt of the precious metals, and finally receiving the metals which were packaged perfectly. I was nervous at the beginning, but am glad to say this was a good experience for me and will hopefully be doing business with Preserve Gold in the future.

Brandon was phenomenal. He was very informative, professional, and patient. This was new to me with the acquisition of precious metals. He made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Will recommend to others.

We wanted to find out if investing in precious metals was right for us, and initially spoke with Ryan. We received the educational materials that helped expand our knowledge about owning precious metals. We called back and were further guided by Brandon, which was very insightful, assuring, and thorough. Every question was answered in a direct and simple way. It gave us feeling of trust and confidence. Very solid company that we will recommend to friends.

Being a novice in the field of buying gold and silver, I had done some basic research, but it wasn't until I spoke with Di Barker at Preserve Gold that I received the world class education I needed. After speaking to her I was quite confidant as to what I should invest in. I highly recommend Di and her company.

From John Glastonbury, who called me back when I was too busy, to Diane Barker, Senior Director, who clearly explained the the role of precious metals in diversification and put together a portfolio from around the world of Precious metals, and doubled checked before shipping by Antonio Cornajo! ADDENDUM: I just wanted to do an update on my review: After chatting with Justin at Preserve Gold, we came to an agreement that has made this transaction to my pleasing. Justin has gone above and beyond to make me happy with dealing with Preserve Gold. Thank you, Carl Porretti I just complete a transaction with Preserve Gold and after completing the transaction I have questioned the amount that I am paying for the transaction which is 39.93% fee to complete the transaction. I started to look at some reviews online and found this review below: My initial investment is $30000.00 dollars, and I feel that I have been taken advantage of knowing that my investment will be reduced by @ $12000.00 dollars which will leave me a balance of @ $18000.00 dollars in my account. If you happen to read the review below I have the same situation and hoping that the Founder of the Company Daniel Boston will reach out to me and come up with a solution that will make me as happy as he did with the customer in the review below. I feel that Preserve Gold on this transaction was not looking out for my best interest knowing what my goal are. I hope Daniel Boston calls me soon. Please note: that I have called Goldco and Lear Capital and both have indicated to me that the commission amount they charge is 6% above spot price for gold and silver. My 2nd review....not so happy now; Addendum added 9/24/24 This is my 2nd review since I got 'involved' with this company.Initially I thought they were sincere in trying to 'help me', so I wrote a good review. I dealt with Benjamin who has a very 'silver tongue'. He pretended to be so caring & understanding of my situation & desire to protect my money for long term security. He convinced me to hand over $75,000 to what now feels like his little scheme. He chose the silver I should invest in & convinced me he was giving me such a great deal. A few months after the completion of the transfer, I decided to go to Horizon Trust's website just to see how it was set up. Image my shock when I discovered that Ben had turned my $75,000 into a measly $52,165!! I worked so very hard my whole life to achieve a decent retirement fund, only to have it ripped away.......and feel as if it was stolen. I was SICK and still am!! I will probably NEVER trust another investor who wants to 'help' me!! ADDENDUM: I just wanted to do an update on my review. After posting the above review, Daniel Boston reached out to me to clear up some things that I hadn't understood in my dealings with Ben. Daniel was quite professional & patient in explaining things & offering potential solutions. We were able to come to a resolution, and I was definitely impressed with his quick response & eagerness to try to make things right and let me know that Preserve Gold strives to accommodate their clients and does everything in their power to have happy customers.
