I bought an embroidered T-shirt, but unfortunately, it arrived defective. It had a hole in it and was also stained. I contacted them repeatedly and sent around 10 emails, but I didn’t receive a single response. What’s even more disappointing is that their website provides different ways to contact them in case there is any issue, yet no one ever got back to me. I’m very disappointed with the whole experience. I definitely won’t be choosing this brand again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Very poor customer service and a really disappointing experience overall.

I cancelled my order within your stated 2-hour cancellation policy and provided written proof. The order was still processed and shipped. The item was personalized, but your own policy states full refund if cancelled within 2 hours. I would appreciate clarification on why this was not honored.

DO NOT USED THIS COMPANY I bought an item off them and paid for a VIP service and express shipping .. this took a month to deliver .. item i received was bad cheap quality .. i tried to return this item for a refunf which they will not do and will not answer emails .. .. very bad quality items and even worse customer service

I bought a sweatshirt for Valentine’s Day and after buying it I was worried after looking at the reviews saying things were wrong and bad quality. When I received I was very surprised, the custom embroidery was really good and all the text was correct. The quality is not the best you will find but it didn’t feel cheap. Took about a week and a half to receive which is pretty good for it coming overseas.

Bad Quality (Shit Quality) Shipping from China (Yunexpress) - Shein, Temu. Dont buy by this scammers. 106 Swiss Francs, for 2 Hoddies in a bad quality, smell like Plastic.
