It is easy to navigate but video doesn't always work
It is easy to navigate. During the video playback it sometimes loses its place during the question phase and then you have to close it and sometimes log back in to restart. It appears that the login timeout doesn't count web training viewing time.

Parveen, We keep the current tax year continuing education content available throughout the filing season. You will see TY2019 identifier for the courses relating to the current Tax Year 2019 content and TY2020 identifying courses relating to the coming tax season (Tax Year 2020). I believe all TY2020 courses except for 3 out of about 60 in our entire library have been delivered and are available with the TY2020 content. The remaining 3 are scheduled for live delivery throughout the remaining parts of November and December. If there is anything we can help with please don't hesitate to give us a call.
