Easy to use the website. I am able to see the text content and listen to the video at the same time. It contains transcripts for the voice. If the video can scale larger size will be better. If the transcripts can be adjusted to the bottom position, it will be better of not blocking the slides. Regarding your question, I used apple PC system.Thank you for your reply too.

The course can be

It is difficult to use the website, very frequent that the system does not response to the request just frozen for no reason.

First, the training course was reasonably priced in my opinion. Second, the online modules were detailed and comprehensive. However, I thought some of the test questions were worded in a very confusing manner, and in particular were not always worded consistently compared to the modules or study guide. Also, in my opinion, some of the questions on the 100 question AFTR exam related to specific information that was not covered in the study guide. Or at least, I couldn’t find some of that information in the areas of the guide I thought were applicable for that topic. Examples include: How long does the tax preparer have to pay penalties assessed by the IRS for failure to comply with circular 230 requirements? I could not find any reference to that at all in study guide. Nor could I find any reference to 6% tax on excess IRA contributions. Now, I realize the test was open book, and I could seek the information from any resource available in addition to the study guide. But, as a minimum, I believe the information should be available in the exam study guide. There were other examples as well. Now obviously, I could be mistaken and I totally overlooked the information. If so, I apologize.

The course is good but the having to re log-in after every training unit is a joke. It should not time out and cause you to have to log back in after each section.

I found that the website was easy to manuever. I thought the information was thorough and anyone who takes this course should come away from it learning something. I would definitely recommend this course or classes to anyone. Thank you for the great experience. I am sure I will be using this again in the future.

The self-study format works very well, especially for seasoned CAA and tax attorneys. The test questions should be reviewed because some were very vague. I write this as someone who got only one question wrong --- even at my knowledge level, I found myself asking "are you trying to ask this?" as I went through the questions.
