So sorry to hear that you were having issues with our California CTEC 60 hour course. I have spoken with my tech manager and it sounds like he was able to get onto a screen share with you yesterday and get your issue resolved. The CTEC QE bundle is a massive course (60 credit hours) and the way we currently deliver it is in smaller chunks that require you to watch the underlying content webinars and then once you have viewed the training content you then get the ability to take the exams. I am sure that there is a better way for us to convey the steps to this process, and we are constantly looking at how to improve upon this.
