I've hired through Premium Hire either 4 or 5 times now over the last 3 years. It's always a great experience working with Franco and the team. They'll do nothing short to ensure that the right person for your team is found.

Amazing company, super easy to work with. Franco is an absolute star. I don't know how many people have hired at this point from them. Really good offer and Super transparent pricing . Would highly recommend to anyone that is looking to hire roles (ISAs/VAs/Media Buyers etc) for their agency or service-based business

Premium Hire has been great overall. When I needed new candidates, they were always able to set me up with meetings within the next two days. Franco communication is always on point with me and the quality of the candidates are great would definitely recommend.

Hi my name is Colton Jones and I am the owner of Top Team Moving. We made a hire through premium hire for a VA role and it was a success. Our hire has been crushing it and now it’s just on us to train and build them into the best they can be. We had worked with a staffing agency in the past for our VAs and that deal had the staffing agency taking 50% of the VAs pay and they weren’t helping in any way after we made the hire. So I decided to go through a recruitment agency (premium hire) this time instead - that way I would just have to pay a one time fee. My suggestion to anyone working with premium hire to get the most out of their service: They are probably going to supply you with 3 candidates to interview at first. If 2 of them are losers and 1 of them is a winner, keep doing interviews. You should have 3 winners to choose from and the decision should be a difficult one. I don’t suggest just going with the winner because the other two felt like losers. This is what happened on my first round with premium hire and other VA companies I have worked with. Thankfully premium hire honored their 30 day guarantee and helped me find a new person. So that is my biggest learning lesson when hiring a VA or really hiring anyone for that matter - you should have 3+ winners in front of you to choose from. Not just picking the one “winner” compared to the other “losers”.

Working with PremiumHire to find my virtual sales rep in LATAM (Nicaragua) was an incredibly smooth and easy experience from start to finish. Franco and Juan are truly great people and made the entire process feel like a real partnership, not just a transaction. They brought us a fantastic candidate, handled everything with professionalism, and made hiring seamless. We’ll absolutely be using PremiumHire again. Highly recommend their team if you’re looking for top talent and a recruiting partner you can trust.
