Incredible experience with Premium Health
I recently became a patient of premium health and I have been thoroughly impressed since day one. The process has been quick and easy. The support staff has been great about answering my questions and getting me in contact with a provider when needed. I was impressed with the knowledge, kindness, and thoroughness of both doctors I have consulted with. They both took the time to listen to my concerns and goals and then thoroughly discussed my options before we settled on a plan. I am comfortable with, and confident in this company and their amazing team. If you are looking for an exceptional medical team to guide you through your health and wellness journey, I highly recommend Premium Health! It has been a true VIP experience.

Great start and terrible (no) follow through
My initial order with the company was great. Got my first order, very attentive customer service, no issues. Then I needed to cancel and could not get a hold of anyone. No response- like I did not exist. Phone calls, emails, chats, nothing got through to anyone and my card was charged for another month I did not want. Very sad about the outcome as the beginning experience went so well.

I would definitely recommend Premium Health. From day one, the staff/medical team has been so responsive, understanding, and accommodating. Everyone that I have had the pleasure to speak with was kind, knowledgeable, effective, and very communicative. I appreciate the follow-up calls and ensuring that all concerns have been answered promptly. Dr. M, Madison, Ramin, just to name a few, has been on point! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Premium Health.

The staff has been so responsive and accommodating. The MD was extremely pleasant and easy to talk to. Communication with staff has been very efficient and prompt. The price of semaglutide was very reasonable. I cannot say how impressed and pleased I am to work with an amazing company!

I really appreciate the amazing, professional, caring, and honest help that I've received so far from the staff at Premium Health!!! Making decisions to better your health can be scary etc., but having the support from a great staff that truly cares makes everything so much better!!! Thank you!!!
