do not value intellectual property- created a domain name and a website under the name of my book without permission and refused to give ownership on request and produced a false certificate of ownership in my name that the domain registrar did not recognise. Leaves work not done but always want to start new projects, more fees, refused to refund money for the work that is incomplete. Refuse to participate in zoom meetings . appear in many business names linked to the same address and one phone number that is unattended a lot of the time. Many social media profiles and sells their web domians and re create with a slightly different name and puts it on market again. Duplicate websites with different contact details. Some of the business name domain registrant details are listed as a scam in BBB.

Easy to work with. They came up with a great logo for us. They listened to what we wanted and what we liked and didn’t like. I would definitely recommend.

The response lag time after initial contact was extremely slow. Understand you've had resources changes yet the delay was excessive.
