Wrong item, no replacement, and a "refund" to a closed account — still no money
Ordered on 28 Aug and paid immediately. No updates until I asked on 9 Sep — only then did they say some items hadn't reached their warehouse yet. When the parcel arrived, the €59.60 Germaine de Capuccini eye cream I paid for had been replaced by a different product. They admitted the mistake but refused to send the correct item, saying it was out of stock — while their website still showed it as in stock with an active "Add to Cart" button (I have screenshots). The refund was sent only to a card account I had told them was closed; the card provider confirmed in writing that such payments can't be processed. The only alternative they offer is a transfer to a Polish bank account in PLN, and they haven't answered my emails since 5 October. As of 19 October I have neither the product nor my money. Avoid.
