Premium Auto Shipping IncReviews of premiumautoshipping.com

Absolute scam. I hounded them repeatedly for a pick-up time as we had to coordinate a move to Florida with my father facilitating the pick-up of my car. They waited until the morning of pick-up to claim that they only had one driver who was "demanding $1325 and after hard negotation he can pick up for $1175." Our previously agreed upon price was $645. Clearly, they push you to the last minute relying on the fact that you now have no other options. Laughingly, after I left reviews on several platforms, they offered to pay me $100 to retract the reviews. Avoid them at all costs.

Quoted a price and pickup date. Tried to double the price even after Xavier said he would honor quoted price. Wouldn’t trust them to wash my car

These guys are a total scam, their liars and dishonest. As multiple reviews have said there are a complete waste of time. They’re deceptive in their practices and try to suck people in to vulnerable situations where they have no choice but to hire them. Do not under any circumstances use them. I’ve reached out to several other customers and plan on filing a complaint with the Department of transportation to put them out of business. Under no circumstances, should you consider using this company?

Great and very responsive service- Tim was very helpful and attentive to any questions we had.

Premium Auto Shipping Inc. was an absolute blessing during an incredibly difficult time for our family. After losing my father, we needed to coordinate my mother's relocation, including shipping her car, and I cannot express enough gratitude for their compassionate and professional service. Jason Brown, in particular, was exceptional throughout the entire process. He understood our sensitive situation and went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute shipping needs. His communication was consistently clear, and he showed genuine concern for ensuring my mother's car transport aligned perfectly with her relocation timeline. What truly set Premium Auto Shipping Inc. apart was their commitment to finding the best solution for our unique circumstances. They didn't just treat us like another customer – they approached our situation with empathy and urgency, offering flexible options that worked with our schedule. Their competitive pricing and transparent process made a stressful situation much more manageable. Jason coordinated everything flawlessly, from the initial quote to the final delivery. He was readily available to answer questions and provided regular updates throughout the shipping process. His attention to detail and proactive communication gave us peace of mind during a challenging time. I highly recommend Premium Auto Shipping Inc., and specifically Jason Brown, to anyone needing vehicle transport services.
