The complex is well managed, clean and professional. The common areas are clean and well stocked, it is a quite and professional atmosphere to get your work done.

We just moved into our new office in September 2014. Our experience has been great in this location. The office is nice, and our neighbors are friendly. Anytime we have any questions, they are taken care of quickly. The administrative staff is extremely professional. The office is sometimes uncomfortably cold, but we haven't ever asked about changing the temperature, and as I'm writing this, the temperature is fine. Also, the location itself is great. We are close to the bank as well as several restaurants, and the management of the campus is great. There are great activities like free classes (graphic design and yoga) as well as a book club. There's also a basketball court, gym and ping pong table. All around, this has been an excellent move for us.

I have been with PBC for nearly 1 year at the Pasadena location & it has really helped take my business to the next level. The 24-hour access is awesome and the break room rocks w/a fantastic view. The GM, Martin has been super about at making sure all my office needs are met and the desk staff is very professional. I would recommend checking these guys out if you are looking for space.

Amy Unger has been very hospitable since my first phone call several months ago. Every step of the process in researching, viewing and leasing office space has been great. Amy was even able to meet us on a weekend to show us the office space. Amy has been very welcoming and I strongly recommend working with her and Premier Business Centers if you are looking for an office in Manhattan Beach.

I love the office set up, the reception area, and the services. The conference rooms are quite nice as well. What was most helpful to me is Jake assisting me with setting up my office. I am not computer/tech savvy. Jake assisted me in setting up the computer, the printer, the internet network, my email, my fax, etc. etc. I could not have done it without Jake. He always goes way beyond the call of duty. Also, everyone is nice and friendly. The price is reasonable.

For anyone considering renting an executive suite in the Manhattan Beach area and is fortunate to have been able to meet Amy Unger, the office manager of Premier Business Centers in the Rosecrans Avenue office, they would probably agree with me that it had to have been a pleasant experience. I own my own business and have my office here since December of '09. It's been almost 5 years since I've been here and have had to deal with PBC on an number of issues from parking passes, to weekend building access, to noisy neighbors and everything in between. Amy has been the consummate professional the entire time and has been nothing less than understanding, efficient, but most importantly KIND! If I could just deal with kind awesome people all day long, how great would that be?!! Hey Amy, have they found a way to clone you yet?!! You deserve a raise. And everybody else, check out the PBC Executive Suites on Rosecrans in Manhattan Beach. Great office environment, friendly and efficient staff and awesome office manager!!

I have been PBC for 3 years and the staff and services have met all my needs as business that went above and beyond the just leasing an office. The manager and receptionist always seem to offer something to help out. I truly appreciate the help Rovio and Maritza provided over the past few years of business fluctuations. They seem to be an extension of my business and it's awesome that PBC takes a real pride in the people they hire to run office.
