Good rates, great office space, location.

Good value for an office in LA!

Professional organization and really nice location at Silicon Valley Center.

Everyone at Premier has been very helpful and friendly and my team and I truly appreciate that. Constructive feedback is always good, so here are my thoughts: It took a week or two to get the copier, printer, scanner etc. processes down pat so we could operating efficiently. I STRONGLY recommend more than 1 printer for the entire office. It would also be easier to just pay a flat rate per month and have this all included than to deal with entering charge codes. We also had a rough start with our phones so recommend confirming # of phone lines needed, prior to moving in, when two or more people are sharing an office. I would also strongly recommend a key-card (swiper) for the doors instead of keys. It would make it much easier to get around the office, especially since we need to go through a couple doors, just to get to the copier.

I love the entire staff here as they are all quite helpful, professional, and friendly. The office spaces however are quite loud and if the neighboring office has their phone near the wall, all conversations are transmitted through the wall which can be quite distracting. I would summarize that the construction of the building is the only drawback I have observed.

The people here are wonderful! The front office and the tenants. I am very comfortable here and it is a great location!

Love he building and my new office, good deal for the money and sdie of it. Also love the underground parking. Staff is very friendly, although admittedly I keep to myself most of the time.

I love the building and my office. The amenities are great. Katrina and the girls are wonderful. One problem that I have noticed since I moved in is that there is not appropriate signage. I see many people each day wondering around because they do not know where to go. The only signs for the building say, "Leasing office upstairs" If you are not interested in leasing you would not think to go to the leasing office. I would like to see a marque with the tenants listed on Floor 1 and the tenants listed that are on Floor 2. This will be the reason that I cannot stay if we do not have proper identification outside the building.
