The employee's are very nice and try to be helpful.

I enjoy the friendly interaction among tenants. I appreciate the kitchen amenities. The receptionists are helpful and responsive. The manager is friendly, deals with problems when they arise and is responsive to questions.

A great space and nice staff. The additional charges that can be applied (copies, mail, etc) are not clearly listed, so we got one big surprise on our invoice. We won't make that mistake again, but it would be nice if there was a place where we could find those prices...we can ask, but sometimes the need is after hours and staff isn't available. Maybe you could put it on a member website that only tenants have access to, or something similar. Then there's only one place you'd have to make changes (rather than on a printed price list or something). Anyway...a great place!

The center looks very nice with the new remodel. The staff is nice and courteous. Would be nice to have the same faces more if possible. The kitchen needs a little more attention on keeping up with the coffee, and teas. But everything else is great... Very happy with my space.

The value for the space is great. The carpet is not a great color in my office so brought in colorful things to brighten up the floor and walls. So far, I'm happy with my space.

I am very happy with my choice of work place. Everyone is so wonderful and amazing. My only negative comment is the access to the building after 5:30pm. This is has been rather difficult to manage. Often the security is not available to allow my clients in the Buiding which makes my clients annoyed and because I am in a session with my client, it is not possible for me to go to the lobby to let them in the Buiding. I am wondering if there is a possibility of extending the business hours. The nature of my work requires me to work in the evening and even on Holidays such as; Martin Luther King, veterans days and etc. It was challenging to work on Martin Luther King’s day. I did not know the Building would be closed and going up and down to get my clients was quite an experience. I welcome the opportunity to discuss this. There were a lot of other businesses in the building that had the same experience as me. Therefore, I am wondering if the there is a way to accommodate your tenets’ business hours to meet the demand of their clients. Fed-x delivery was outside the door and unable to deliver his package, clients were outside the Buiding to deliver gifts, but they were not able to get in the building. I know this because I was in the lobby waiting for my client and I spoke with them. Is security expected to be in the lobby at all time? Thank you for your inquiry, review, and consideration. So far, so good. Nice accoutrements that we didn't have before with coffee and breakfast. But, as always, the main issue will be what Premier does with the rents. Also there are still noise issues that have not been dealt with. I can hear my neighbor in my office as if he is actually in my office. and there are bands that play on the corner. Because I have a vent in my office, the sound is magnified and it literally prevents me from working. No one seems to want to do anything about it. It presents a very serious problem for me.

Generally everything is good. The staff could be friendlier.
