Friendly staff clean spaces... Enjoy being bere!

The staff is amazing (Valisa, Andy and Cesar). They are all very professional, helpful, and accommodating. I strongly recommend this office. Prices are reasonable and the office is perfectly located.

This was our first experience renting in a shared-workspace environment. Premier Workspaces was quick to respond to our inquires, the facility was conveniently located and appeared to be well maintained, and the staff have been very friendly and helpful. We have been very happy with their operation and office environment.

The friendly and efficient staff managing this facility make it the best office space in the South Bay. I have had offices in other buildings in the past 25 years, this place is truly the best. Kudos to Ms. Diane Alvarez and the staff. Unfortunately, there is no room for 5 Star Plus, for they deserve it.

Friendly, knowledgable, and helpful admin staff at most locations. The staff at Carlsbad, Del Mar, and Newport Beach locations always greet our clients with respect and in a professional manner, which gives our clients a great impression of us. They are the first person to greet our clients and are integral part of our business. I addition, they provide excellent administrative support. Office spaces are clean, modern, and inviting. The amenities are excellent! I love the fact that we have access to meeting rooms at other Premier Woskspaces locations.

It is a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. The front office is always happy and helpful. The amenities are top notch.

I chose Premier because the office felt more like a small family owned environment versus a stuffy corporate owned platform. I could have saved money by going with other providers but Maria Broccolino stood out as someone that cared about her tenants. That sealed the deal for me. Having been with Premier for 4 months, I couldn't be happier. It is a professionally run office. I love the fact we have pastries on Friday which is a great gesture and much appreciated. I attribute my short time with Premier as a big reason my business has been able to take off. It adds professionalism to a small business owner like myself and provides a motivating environment with other entrepreneurs. Creates a sense of community that can be self motivating. Plus, great for networking. I just hope I don't grow too big and have to move into my own office. Well, that could be a good thing too though!
