Billing procedures demand payment before payment due, with mass notice emails to all clients in building.

Many issues with the internet going in and out on a fairly regular basis, when paying almost $200 a month for the internet this is a hug issue for me. Issues with the billing process and incorrect invoicing. Being asked to move offices because the person next door said that I was too loud when in my opinion, as a person on the phone all day, was an appropriate volume level. This also caused my rent to increase. Signed a 3 month agreement on the 6th of May which should expire on the 6th of August but they said ALL CONTRACTS stop at the end of that month so now I have to pay another month after I already signed a new lease for a new office. Overall unhappy and poor management.

Premier Business Centers is anything but - terrible management, no oversight, and shady business practices. I would find alternatives to this leasing company. You will regret it if you sign up.

Nasty People and Nasty Attitude

Was a tenant in the Denver Premier Center and can't say I experienced anything but shoddy business practices. They seem to make their money on a plethora of hidden fees and charge too much for what is an old building. They also did not refund my security deposit, not an enormous deal, but was one last parting shot from an already bad reputation.

I rented out office space and 2 months before moving in, I informed management that I would not be able to do so. They are holding me captive in the contract and making me pay every month that I am not using that office space. Very unreasonable and non-negotiable management style. I strongly recommend that you do not rent office space in this building.

Very disappointed about the service. Read your contract very carefully and check that everything they tell you verbally is correct. They have very small offices next to each other and depending on your neighbors it can be loud and uncomfortable to work. Their offices are very cold in the winter and hot in the summer. They don't have any way to control the temperature in the individual offices so you are out of luck to get it fixed. Be careful they will charge you for the services that they never have done for you. Also forget about your deposit they will never return it.
