They do not honor their contracts. Then they nickel and dime you when you leave.

I was very dissatisfy with the service and lack of customer service at this location. Coffee was always empty and this place does not even have a proper water dispenser. Will not return or recommend to anyone

The facility is nice, but you got to watch out for the shark, she is vicious. Please please read your contract carefully before you sign up. It’s not a month to month. I was informed from the get go that’s a month to month contract. When I asked to be released from my contract, I was informed I have to give a 60 days notice. My lease was supposed to be a month to month lease. DON’T BELIEVE IT! I gave my notice in November, she wanted to keep me all the way until February. So be very very careful. Avoid that shark, she is dishonest. Once my contract is over, I will NEVER give them my business ever again. Her name starts with an L.

Someone has signed up using my email address, and you clearly don't check to see if they are legitimate with an emailed "opt-in" confirmation. This is the 4th email requesting a review, so deal with it for your lack of ability to follow basic verification and security principals. Update: You may have the email address right now, but you still need to change your sign up system to follow basic verification principals
