From my first contact until funds were received Premier was exceedingly professional and helpful. I was skeptical about the real benefit of a reverse mortgage. Premier employees never tried to actually sell me on the benefits but once the facts were explained if was crystal clear what an advantage it was for anyone wishing to remain in their house rather than sell or downsize. jeff hancock was great working through all the conditions to get my reverse mortgage, trying at times for both of us, but he hung in there.. i appreciate his work at premier mortgage.. note: tried two other reverse mortgage companies but it seemed they were just sales people that did not know what they were doing.. thanks jeff!
