Scam!!! Nothing received and it’s Jan 24th
Ordered. No shipment. It’s now two weeks later and I still have nothing. This is a total scam. Now I’m out $800+ for a MacBook with nothing and no working tracking number.

Use my personal data for nothing.
Use my personal data for free I ordered a macbook, the address was correct. They asked me to verify with a photo of my driver's license, so I did. They sent a letter that the order was about to be sent. I was counting on this product. 12 hours later they canceled the order without contacting me or any information at all. I recommend you not to contact this store, they will waste your time and ask for your details for nothing. Their approach to business is repulsive and outrageous. Their 1 st reply: We greatly appreciate your assistance in helping us maintain a secure environment against fraud for both you and our shop. Now that we're all secure, we're excited to tell you that your order is on its way and will be shipped out ASAP! And after: Order #2360 was canceled because of unforeseen circumstances and your payment has been voided. Why you Answer me order will be shipped out and after it cancel? Timewasters.

Sold me broken IPhone 7
I purchased a iPhone as a Christmas gift. They sent me a broken phone. It says on their website they offer exchanges or refunds, they ended up telling me exchange only because of covid! I needed the phone in time for Christmas. I had to pay for return shipping and two months later Feb 8th they finally sent me a exchange phone I do not need!

Hi Jason, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Like any product, there's a rare chance of a defect once in a while which is why we offer a free 1 year warranty on all our products. It was hard to get you a replacement since we never received the device back from you but either way we went out of our way to send you a replacement even though it was way passed the return window. I can only imagine how frustrating the situation might have been since you needed this device for the holidays. Not ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND NOT NEW PRODUCT!
The product is not new! The charger and adapter says made in China and is not the original Apple product! The package was a random box, NOT THE ORIGINAL APPLE PACKAGE! I got it yesterday and I immediately called to return it, but I was told they can only exchange due to Covid! That’s a lame excuse! I am not pleased with this purchase and demand a refund! Also, I purchased a phone from this company before and I was pleased that’s why I returned for a second purchase and I am utterly disappointed with this recent purchase!

Hi Corey! New products are labeled as such. Renewed products are also labeled along with a description on every product page specifying accessories and packaging may vary but we guarantee a quality product. In the current Apple landscape everything is made in china including all chargers and the macs themselves you can verify this by looking at the engraved assembled in china wording under any Mac. Moreover, this is the second device we send to you free of charge since you mistakenly shipped to a USPS post office location instead of your residence the first time. Maxandflix supposedly sent me my apple…
Maxandflix supposedly sent me my apple MacBook Pro I ordered. Fedex supposedly delivered it. I have cameras they did not deliver it. 30 phone calls later maxandfix at first acted like they were going to help me but now since I’m stuck in this contract and I had to pay they don’t care about the customer. So I’m out of a apple MacBook Pro that I never received and I’m paying $128 a month for 12 months. I honestly believe maxandfix(Dominic) are working together and screwing over their customers.
