Premier Global Van Lines LLCReviews of premierglobalvanlines.com

They quoted me a price then tried to double it 48 hours before I was scheduled to vacate my home. After “negotiating” a revised much higher price they didn’t even show up on move day. After they didn’t show up, I called them. The first person I talked to told me there was a logistical problem with availability of a truck. She then told me I had to call another number to reschedule. The next person I spoke with said my price was too low and they wanted to double it again. Since they never fulfilled their contract I requested my $1,000+ deposit back. Three calls to the company and I never got my deposit back. They definitely behaved criminally. Please check them out with the Better Business Bureau. Their online rating is obviously false as well.

Signed contract with them on 10/13/2021, cancelled on 10/15/2021 after seeing some of the bad reviews. They pulled almost $1,000 out of my account without my approval to my recollection on 10/16, and I've been fighting with them ever since (this is April, 2022) to get a refund. Last straw was today when a manager named Mark Jacobson (that's what he said his name was, anyhow) accused me of trying to cheat them out of the money. They say they sent a check out in December to an old address, but that check was returned to them. But now he's saying I 'must' have cashed it and am trying to get them to pay me again. I'm going to have to get an attorney involved. I've been threatening to do that for several months, but keep thinking they will send a check even though they have all kinds of excuses (finance closed for two weeks, all new personnel, previous manager out on medical leave, etc.). In the nearly 6 months I've been trying to get the refund, only ONCE did anyone ever return my calls. I know they have callerID on their system as I often get immediately routed to some Operations voicemail (to which no one returns calls). Other times when they realize it's me, I get hung up on without anyone even saying 'hello'. Most people on their phones are pleasant (a couple not so much), but regardless, nothing gets accomplished. It's interesting (or not) the only address I can find for them, 4497 25th Ave sw, Naples, Fl, 34116, is a residential area, per Google maps.

Worst company ever! I had planned on moving to California from Texas. After telling them what I had they recommended a 12’ truck which was going to cost approximately 2500.00. After packing I realized I might need 16’ of space instead of 12 they charged me $3500 more for 4’ of space. 6000.00 to move a one bedroom apartment! That was almost a$1000 a foot. The girl in the office was so rude! I will never recommend this company to anyone! I feel like they took advantage of this older woman!

Really friendly crew, really efficient and effective. They made what can be very hectic into a breeze. Nothing was damaged. And their rates are reasonable. They even gave me a ride to my new place. I will use them again in a second!

Ok i will be 100% percent honest, I never ever leave any reviews. This time I felt that I had to, I was not an easy customer and I know that I wasn't. I have moved many times, my job requires me to unfortunately relocate often. I really did not want to use a mover this time, and I put this poor company through the ringer, I was quite difficult. They however made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I clearly experienced a not so nice time before. They answered all my concerns, overestimated me as i asked them to do, because I know that I would rather be safe than sorry. From my first contact with Danielle, to the last with the drivers and dispatch, they were all great. Thank you for making this painless and easy going.

Ya know, I was a little bit scared reading some of these reviews. I decided to use Premier Global just to see if they would meet up to what they said. I paid my deposit and had wonderful feed back from customer service. I don't really understand how people are degrading some of these people. They did a super awesome job in staying connected with me on my move. I moved from Tennessee to CA. I will be referring them for every-time I move. Thank you Premier Global for showing me a fair priced quality service move.

Premier Global Van Lines is not a legitimate moving company. They are crooks and liars. We paid $2,500 towards a deposit after being told we would receive “white glove service” by their own movers because they were not a broker and only used their own vans and direct employees. They didn’t show up on the day of the move or the back up date. 4 days after the move was scheduled, two guys showed up from a completely different company and said they had no packing materials and weren’t aware they were supposed to be handling the packing for us. They quoted us double the price and said they wouldn’t provide a new contract in writing with the new price either. We followed up with Premier and they said to go ahead and let these people pack our items (knowing fully well that they didn’t have the safety packing material to protect our valuables) and that they’d figure it out with us later. We refused to let them take our items without a new contract and now they’ve declined to return our $2,500 deposit. We’ve followed up and asked to be contacted by management and they are non responsive now. Do NOT hire this company. We worked with Casey, Zena, Leigh, and Anna. All lied about the services that would be provided. Do not trust anything they say. We are engaging a legal team to pursue the deposit refund.

Dannie argued with me about it being rude to call in the morning. I work nights and I was continuously called in the morning before 10am it is rude considering what I work. I explained that and I was told to put my phone on dnd. You shouldn’t be rude to your customers if someone doesn’t answer your text in the morning it doesn’t mean to call. Maybe their busy, maybe they had a funeral to go to, or maybe they had just got off work and just fallen asleep. Stop being rude :/
