I purchased some of the products and when I got them home, one of the jars seemed to be under filled. Customer service replaced the jar free of charge and made it an easy experience.

When my face soap arrived, i discovered that one of the bottles had broken in transit. I was connected to Chelsie and I emailed a picture of the broken bottle. Chelsie apologized for the damage and sent me not one, but two replacement bottles! I love Premier products and their customer support.

The velvet body soufflé and the cashmere soufflé are amazing for hands that get worked! The fragrnace in both could be unisex especially the velvet, even my husband uses it because it's not feminine. The body soufflé doesn't leave your hands or body feeling like there is any residual oily or wet texture because it just knows where the moisture needs to go and gets right on it. It's a staple in my home. Give it try and you'll feel the difference compared to other lotions.

This item is 1 of the best facial scrubs I seen. I gave it to a friend who experience acne and black heads on their back. I watch how in months the spots were gone and smooth. I was so amazed.
