Terrible experience, unprofessional representative. He’s very arrogant. Was told my car would be picked up on a monday. Monday comes and i get a message saying it was a delay and agreed for it to be picked up tuesday. Tuesday comes i texted the representative to see what time the driver would be there because i needed to replace a tire that went flat. He told me between 4-5. Got the tire replaced that morning well before pick up time only for 5pm to roll around car still not picked up i had to reach out because no one reached out to me. The representative had the audacity to try to get me to pay 400+ dollars more for another driver to pick my car up and deliver it. Which i refused. Asked for my refund 10+ times. Here it is tuesday and still havent gotten my refund back and it’s been 5 business days. Update: Way to go! Threatening someone about a refund because i posted my experience with you alls service that i was displeased with is diabolical! But pop off. Nothing about what happened or how it was handled was professional on you alls part! “ok you posted the bad review? Where I told you we have processed the refund on Thursday last week and obviously bank takes 5-7 business days to credit to customer bank account. Let me go head and ask my accounts to cancel the refund if possible, because you are trying to harm the business and its not good.”

I have been using a lot of brokers in past couple of years, but I would say, this is the best company I have experienced so far. They kept me posted through out the process, gave me a reasonable price and no price change at the pick n up or whatsoever. I would definitely save their ingot for any of my future shipment .
