The bat I order came in really fast. Unfortunately the bat was damaged during shipping. Premier bats emailed me a return label upon hearing about the damage. A new undamaged bat arrived a few days later. Great customer service.

Nice deal on the bat, it shipped quickly, and the bat was exactly as described. Only issue I had was the seller never emailed me a receipt, (even after I emailed them asking for one) which will be needed if we have a warranty claim.
