I enjoy this product. It feels nice on my skin. The only reason for not giving it five stars is that I received the wrong scent. It’s not a big deal, it still smells lovely.

We are training new team members, but that's still not an excuse. We’ll send you the correct cream immediately, and we're committed to improving our process to ensure this doesn't happen again. Thank you for your patience and support!

I love your company, your product and your service. The ONLY thing I would change is I hope you can stop using those styrofoam peanuts in your packaging. They are the absolute worst for the environment, as they are not recycleable and they NEVER BREAK DOWN. Perhaps you can start using shredded paper instead. Love.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your positive feedback about our company, products, and service. We truly appreciate your support! We want to reiterate our unwavering commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility in all aspects of our operations. We understand your worries about using the old Styrofoam materials, but we want to ensure we don't use traditional Styrofoam peanuts. Instead, we have opted for a plant-based biodegradable alternative that mimics the functionality of Styrofoam while being eco-friendly. In addition, we encourage you to look for the small green sticker on our recycled shipping boxes, which indicates that our packaging materials are 100% environmentally conscious. We are always looking for ways to improve our sustainability practices, and your feedback is invaluable in helping us make positive changes. We will certainly consider your suggestion to explore alternatives or create a more visible green sticker. Once again, thank you for your kind words and for bringing your environmental concerns to our attention. We are grateful for customers like you who share our commitment to protecting the planet. Warm regards,
