When I founded Sporty’s over 60 years ago, I made a "commitment to the customer," a commitment to sell only high quality products and back it up with unbeatable service. Today, we still believe in the old fashioned values of helpful, personal customer service. We know you have high standards for buying by catalog – we plan on exceeding them every time you order from us. Here are just a few of the ways we do it.

We were very happy with our service. The order cam when expected and was just what we wanted! We had one question and that was dealt with quickly and efficiently...we only talked to people, no machines, this is rare these days!

I look forward to receiving the very nice hat that I ordered and was informed today that it is still on back order and should ship on June 14.

The hat I ordered is for my husband. He has had cancer on his head. This hat protects his head from the sun very well. He took the hat when he went to his dermatologist and she was very impressed with it. This is the third hat I have ordered for him.
