I purchased a small folding table from Preferred Living. The catalog said it could be folded for storage and said that no assembly was required. When it arrived, before unpacking the table (in case I decided to return it), I read the instructions which came with it. The instructions (which were basically pictures with no narrative) showed attaching two screws to the folding legs which both appeared to prevent it from folding thereafter and to constitute post-delivery “assembly” which was contrary to the representation in the catalog. I contacted customer service and within 24 hours had a response which was that the use of the screws were optional and were not necessary for the use of the table. With that additional information, I unpacked the table and am satisfied that what customer service told me was correct. Customer service’s response was prompt, and accurate. You can’t ask for more than that. I am a satisfied customer

My son and daughter-in-law have large overstuffed couches. They have no room for end tables. When I’m there to babysit I have no place to put my tea or water except for the floor. You can imagine how many times me or the baby have knocked them over. Saw the couch coasters and ordered them from your catalog. Despite the wide width of the couch arms the coasters held on tight and worked very well! There’s a removable insert for thinner glasses and a cutout for mug handles. I am very pleased with them!!
