Fletcher and the team at Hire Talent is at the top of the game. We're a small music education platform in the process of hiring our first 2 employees, and Fletcher has been instrumental in helping us find the right talent. Through our consulting calls, Fletcher guided us on what questions to ask, what qualities to look for, how to test for those qualities, and what to avoid in candidates.
