I ordered a T-Shirt from this company. They drafted the money from my account and never sent me a confirmation email. The phone number on my bank account where they drafted is not a working number.

I received an email that my order was delivered by DHL delivery service. I never received the package. I contacted PGFH and was told to file a report using the order number, RL-10423-43527, that I used placing the order. The order number provided by PGFH was invalid. I have tried contacting the company repeatedly without any success. There isn’t a phone number listed for PGFH. Hopefully, I will receive some information from this posting. I only want the T-shirt I ordered or a refund.

I ordered 2 items accidentally and canceled them within seconds. I want to return them for a full refund immediately.
