Great and very good

The course was easy, and the flow very normal. When I had a question the support was very helpful, and regardless that I failed the course, they didn't ask me to pay again, but I gone through it and the second time I passed.

The Keystroke verification is ridiculous. It is not built to accurately establish a keystroke DNA for the vast population and highly likely to fail especially if you have conditions like weakness, arthritis, tremors, etc. They offer no accomodations even if you have a medical condition. Once you fail a verification, you get locked out and have to re-register and do the course over. No secondary verification will be carried out to check if there was suspicious activity before concluding on not letting you back in and no accomodations, not even for medical reasons. In my case, I spent 6hours+ with a chronic shoulder injury only to fail verification at the very end of the course. They wouldn't let me back into the course and refused to refund either even though I explained I have a medical condition that causes weakness in my hand making failing again very likely for their keystroke verification which is very poorly created. It is based off typing a five word sentence one or twice. Yeah, don't know who thought this was a great idea. Just straight out scamming people. Other providers refund you if you don't complete the course, pre-licensingcourse.com won't refund you. Just think about it? How likely are you to re-do a course that takes hours to complete? Yeah, they know very well what they are doing. Once you pay, you're locked in, no refund under any circumstances, and you walk away with nothing if you don't pass their scammy verification. I believe they are purposely using this terrible verification to rob people of their money. You pay, you waste your time and money, they earn your free money and they do absolutely no work or expend any cost because you don't get to complete the course so they don't have to do any reporting/remittance to dmv for your certificate. If this wasn't a scam, they would refund people when their verification system has proven difficult for them. Pre-licensingcourse.com verification does not do what a verification is meant to do but rather used as a device to steal from people. Otherwise why did I do everything right and still fail? And they refused to refund me. Think twice before you choose to use and pay for their course. I will go somewhere else but to each their own. I don't write reviews but wanted to write this to create awareness and hopefully help someone before they end up in a similar situation. This was a hard to come by money for me going through some financial difficulties. I lost it, didn't get my certificate and thus couldn't get my license which I desperately need to work. In addition, I lost 6+ hours of my time (The course would sometimes not progress and I had to repeat that level to be able to move on. No, I did not idle, I was desperate to finish the course). I also worsened my shoulder pain because the scammy verification prevents you from switching devices so I had to stay on my phone, couldn't go on my laptop for a change and also tried to maintain my posture (yes, for 6+ hours) from when I started the course so I could pass the verifications. I did everything right, no open tabs, used chrome, used one device, no idling, trying to type the same way, even went as far to keeping same posture as much as possible, still almost failed verifications (passed on third for most, and second for a few ...yeah very scammy verification). Passed the verification after chapter 8 quiz but was thrown another verification before chapter 9 (last true chapter) quiz. Chapter 9 material was under 30mins and already another verification and just before the chapter quiz. Did exactly as I have been doing but failed. Coincidence? I don't know but suspicious. After all that time and hard work, I was excited to finally get to the end and thouht I would be coming out with my certificate but I only came out battered instead. I can't even explain how painful this experience was because to understand you'd have to take a walk in my shoes. I fell into depression shortly after; my money was gone, couldn't buy a different course, couldn't redo their free re-register because with their finicky verification and my condition there was no guarantee I wouldn't be wasting another 6hours and of course, no license to work. Choose wisely or suffer the consequences of your choice!

Easy course and fast completion

Estafa total, compré el curso y nunca funcionó, escribí a soporte para que se me devolviera lo que pagué y nunca me dieron respuesta... a las varias veces que escribí.... no le recomiendo a nadie comprar este curso una pura estafa

Extremely frustrating experience. I completed the entire course as required, yet they claim it was not recorded due to “technical issues” on my end—despite my browser being updated, cookies enabled, no VPN, and default security settings. I was only informed of the problem after contacting support myself. Now I’m being asked to redo the entire course, wasting hours of my time, with no guarantee it won’t happen again. Poor system reliability and even worse customer support. Avoid if possible.

I had a great experience taking this online pre-licensing course! The lessons were clear, easy to understand, and well organized. I really liked that I could study at my own pace and review sections whenever I needed to. The videos and quizzes made learning the rules of the road simple and even enjoyable. Overall, it was super convenient, informative, and a great way to get ready for my road test. Highly recommend this course to anyone preparing for their driver’s license!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I signed up and paid. Now it wants me to pay $45 for a one month subscription to start the course. I will be contacting for a refund but I’m not getting my hopes up.
