Definitely a scam.
For $199 they promised placement in major news outlets as well as prominent financial publications and Yahoo News — which is something that any reputable press agency can accomplish at that price point. They did none of this. They did provide a list of 202 placements, but only 87 of these were valid links, the rest were broken. And those 87 are extremely low-quality sites which look like link farms. The only reason we are giving them 2 stars is because they gave us our money back rapidly.
